Cancellation Policy

• Hello thank you for looking at my policy’s before booking with me 🩷if you need more information or have any questions feel free to message me 806/500/5945 I love each and every one of my clients and always always appreciate you booking with me unfortunately I’ve been to generous with a couple things that need to be addressed. This policy will ensure you arn’t wasting your time or money . Again I thank each and every one of your for booking me and choosing beauty-d-Up - when scheduling an appointment I will require $10 deposit yes this deposit will be applied to your total . - If you cancel or reschedule you will have to send another deposit . That’s what deposits are for when you take that time slot - When booking an appointment if you are more then 10 minutes late you will automatically be charged a $ 10 late fee. - Prepaid services will be paid in full if canceled or no show the service will not be refunded ! - Prepaid services if rescheduled there will be a $10 reschedule fee - Any color or highlight service will be a $20 deposit that goes towards your service total - Any Foreign work done by another stylist, nail tech , lash tech ect will be an extra $10 fee. Discount - I don’t offer family, friend discounts or free services . The same way you wouldn’t do it to another service provider please don’t do it to me - When booking a “ON SPECIAL” service the deposit is still required. Yes it goes towards your total! - When booking an “ON SPECIAL” service please make sure to read the end date of the special. No shows , Cancellation - I understand emergency happens , life happens ect. I will give you 3 chances to book with me after your 3rd no call no show you will automatically be blocked through the website of booking . - Again I understand things come up but if you can Please give a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation . Service - I do not offer refunds - I do not offer discounts - if there is something you do not like please address it to me before check out we can work it out together. - Once you leave my Salon there’s a 24 hour period in that 24 hours if you need something fixed I’d be happy to after that 24 hour mark there will be a fee.
